Refund policy

Returns

For safety reasons, we're not able to accept returns on candles that have been lit or used — we're sure you understand.

If your candle arrives unopened and you've changed your mind, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Just reach out to us first.

If your order arrives damaged, that's on us, not you. Email us a photo and we'll send a replacement, no questions asked.
